TOP 10 common mistakes made by inexperienced sport coaches

TELL ME WHAT ERROR YOU MAKE AND I'LL TELL YOU WHAT KIND OF COACH YOU ARE!

Usually coaches are valuated by the number of victories and outcomes.

Each coach has his own style and, like it or not, he leaves footprints in the players and teams he coaches.

Very young players plus little experienced coach (remember that experience and skills are not determined only by years of service, but, most of all, by the awareness that every little coaching moment brings) often means that risks of "doing bad" outweights the certainty of "doing good".

And by "doing good" I mean to have an educational impact that improves performance in and off the court.

To help reduce this risk here is the "Top 10 mistakes" naively made by inexperienced coaches eager to do good!
